Zou Zhiping, associate professor of School of tourism and hotel management and director of Chu cuisine Research Institute, signed a copyright export contract at the opening ceremony (this is the second time of copyright export), which is the first foreign copyright export cooking book in Hubei Province.
From November 13 to 19, 2019 audiovisual China · Hubei film and television exhibition and broadcasting week (South Asia Hubei media week) will be held in India and Nepal, sponsored by the State Administration of radio and television, the people's Government of Hubei Province, and hosted by the Propaganda Department of Hubei provincial Party committee and Hubei radio and Television Bureau.
Deng Wugui, head of the Hubei delegation and executive vice minister of the Publicity Department of the Hubei provincial Party committee, affirmed the book Chinese lotus root cuisine and believed that the book would contribute to the promotion of Chu culinary culture and the promotion of Chu cuisine brand. He also recommended the book to Li Bijian, Chinese minister in India, and Indian guest media and publishing circles.
