On the morning of June 6, our college invited Li Dong, PhD in Economics from Texas A&M University and lifelong professor of economics from Ladas University of Texas, to conduct academic exchanges with the faculty. The exchange was presided over by Vice President Yi Li. Professor Dong Li introduced to the teachers from his personal study experience, professional experience, research direction and related work of economic consultation. Professor Dong Li focused on how to raise questions from daily economic issues and then conduct scientific research through scientific and appropriate economic methods, especially the application of structural models. He said he hoped that his scientific experience could help teachers in scientific research to improve their research and make a positive contribution to the development of academic research in the college. The faculty also had an in-depth exchange with professor Dong Li on the acquisition of scientific research data and the application of scientific research methods.
