Professor Li(Xin) was invited to attend “China-America international tax law frontier BBS”

 

Digital economy brings challenges to traditional international tax order, which is further complicated by the tax reform measures passed by the United States in 2017. In order to comply with the trend of international tax order reform and the new stage of China's opening to the outside world, China has recently made partly adjustments to the traditional international tax policies.

On June 25, 2018 in Shanghai, under the above background,Professional Committee of International Tax Law, Chinese Association for Fiscal and Tax Law, International Tax Law Research Center, East China University of Political Science and Law, Tax Council Policy Institute and Levin College, Law of University of Florida jointly organized "Forefront Forum of Sino-U.S.A.International Tax Law ", which invited scholars from countries such as China and the United States and practice specialists from Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble to discuss the related issues, professor Li Xin from our school also invited to attend the frontier forum for his paper.

Experts attended made speeches and discussions on three topics: international tax rules of digital economy, tax reform of the United States and its impact on international tax order, and the latest development of China's international tax rules.
