On April 19th, Prof. Cai Hongying led the students of the Top-Talent-Experimental Class 2041 of Finance to carry out the on-site teaching of Government Budget at the Department of Finance of Hubei Province, in order to further implement the fundamental task orientation of establishing morality and training students, based on the characteristics and mission requirements of the discipline of finance.
Gong Jinghai, Director of Information Department of the Department of Finance of Hubei Province, explained in detail the background and process of the construction of China's budget management integration system, and gave an in-depth introduction to the budget management integration system from the aspects of existing problems, construction significance, construction requirements, and system composition. Director Gong said that the new system realized the whole process of management from project establishment, budget preparation and approval, fund application, fund disbursement to the end of the project, and the tracking and supervision of the use of funds, forming a complete set of operation system, which is of profound significance to the optimization of budget management.
After the lectures, Directo Gong and other comrades of the Information Department led the students to carry out the budget management integration system practice. Through the live demonstration, students had a deep understanding on the budget integration system of the core modules and operational processes. At the end of the practical operations, Director Gong had full interaction with the students, and gave detailed answers to their questions. Through the on-site teaching, students have expressed that they have deepened their understanding of budget management and gained a lot.
