In the afternoon of November 9, Mr. Yi Kunshan, President of Zhongtao huayi Consulting Group Jingzhou Company, Vice President of Hubei Certified Tax Agents Association, gave a lecture on Improving the Business Literacy of University Students Majoring in Finance and Taxation for our students at J5-111.

Before the lecture began, Mr. Tao Dongjie, vice dean of our School, expressed his gratitude on behalf of our school for Mr. Yi Kunshan's long-term concern and support.

The lecture started from the essence and characteristics of the tax accountant profession, and combined with Mr. Yi’s own experience of more than twenty years' work in finance and taxation, he clearly put forward the triple realm of tax accountant's service for clients: the lowest tax cost, boosting the realization of the enterprise's business strategy goal, and the safety of the entrepreneur's life and property. On this basis, he summarized the KSA principles of business literacy for students majoring in finance and taxation, such as to strengthen basic knowledge, to enhance professional skills and to improve comprehensive ability, in addition to setting up correct values and maintaining a positive mindset.

At the end of the lecture, Mr. Yi interacted with the students and encouraged them to actively apply for the CPA and tax accountant exams, and to devote themselves to the tax consulting industry which has a broad prospect.
