全体国际学生：

    为进一步做好2020-2021秋季学期国际学生新生入学与老生报到工作，根据中国教育部、湖北省省教育厅和湖北经济学院关于疫情防控的部署要求，现作如下提示：

All the international students,

In order to well accomplish the registration of international students for 2020 fall semester, according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control of China's Ministry of Education, the Education Department of Hubei Province and HBUE, the notifications are described as follows,

一、时间安排Schedule

（一）按时入学报到和注册Registration on time

1．校内国际学生8月31日前返校：9月1日报到注册；

Degree students and language students shall return on campus on August 30^th and 31^st., register on Sept.1^st , 2020;

2．在华（校外）国际学生：9月1日前递交申请由班主任代为报到注册；未报到者按学校相关规定作出处理。

Degree students outside campus in China, register on September 1^st with the application letter and signature. Anyone fails to register on time will be will dealt /punished according to the relevant regulations of the school.

（二）暂缓入学报到Registration suspended

1．境外国际学生：暂缓入境及入学报到。待中国出入境政策作出针对性调整、上级部门发出明确指令，学校将正式通知大家按照必要程序入境及入学报到；境外国际学生必须按学院要求按时上课；

Overseas students will be suspended from entry and registration until China's exit and entry policies are adjusted accordingly and the higher authorities issue further instructions. Then the university will formally inform the students of entry and registration according to necessary procedures; overseas students must attend the course on line on time according to the teaching schedule.

2．有国内中、高风险地区旅居史的国际学生，暂缓入学报到。待可报到时，须符合湖北省疫情防控要求，除持有湖北健康码“绿码”、校园健康绿码等必要材料外，还须提供7日内核酸检测阴性证明；

Students (including freshmen and old students) who have lived or travelled to middle or high risky areas in China will be suspended from registration. Later when get the permission to register, the students must meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in HUBEI, take necessary materials such as the HUBEI province health code in green color and the green code issued by the university, with a negative nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 within 7 days;

3．本人或共同居住的家庭成员或人员为确诊病例、核酸检测阳性者、疑似病例、密切接触者的，暂缓入学报到。待解除相应管控、报到时，须符合湖北省疫情防控要求，除持有湖北健康码“绿码”、校园健康绿码等必要材料外，还须提供7日内核酸检测阴性证明；

The student himself/herself or the members living together is confirmed case, positive nucleic acid test case, suspected case, or close contact case (including freshmen and old students), will be suspended from registration. Later when get the permission to register, the students must meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in HUBEI, take necessary materials such as the HUBEI health code in green color and the green code issued by the university, with a negative nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 within 7 days;

4．有发热、咳嗽、腹泻等症状且排除新冠病毒感染的，暂缓入学报到。待治疗无症状、报学校批准后可入学报到。

The student who has a fever, cough, diarrhea or other symptoms but is excluded of new COVID-19 infection, will be suspended from registration until having no symptoms after treatment and get the permission to register from the university;

二、相关事宜Relevant Matters

1．全体国际学生须严格按照通知时间入学报到，不得擅自提前或推后，须按照目前属地、武汉市和学校疫情防控要求，如实报告个人事项，发现弄虚作假行为者，将依法依规追责；

All international students are required to register on the notified dates, not allowed to be earlier or later without authorization. Students should report their personal conditions according to current epidemic prevention and control requirements of local governments, Wuhan City and HBUT. Those who commit fraud will be punished according to relevant laws and regulations;

2．来校途中请随身携带足量的口罩、消毒剂等防护用品，全程戴好口罩，做好手卫生，注意人身安全，送行车辆行驶至缓冲区即按指引路线离开，不得停留，送行亲友不得进入校园；

Please take enough masks, disinfectants and other protective equipments on the way to the university. Wear masks, keep hands clean, and pay attention to personal safety. Seeing off vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus or park at the gates, please leave through the guide route as soon as possible. Seeing off persons are not allowed to enter the campus;

3．未能及时现场报到的国际学生，须密切关注学校、学院通知，畅通与班主任之间的联络渠道，积极完成请假、注册及学习相关事项。

International students affected by the epidemic who fail to register on site should pay close attention to further notice of the university, the colleges and SIE, keep in touch with the supervisors/tutor, actively complete online registration or leave application as well as learning matters.

4. 在华留学生需按照学校统一时间缴纳学费和住宿费，购买相应保险。 未能返校的留学生在接到学校要求返校的通知后，准备足额学费和住宿费于到校七日内缴纳相关费用。

International students in China should pay tuition and accommodation fees according to the uniform time of the University and purchase corresponding insurance. The international students who cannot return to school shall prepare full tuition and accommodation fees and pay the relevant fees within seven days upon arrival later.
