In the afternoon of June 14th, 2018, School of International Education held a Chinese bakery activity in the Cookery Experiment Center of HBUE. The international students representatives and teachers from WuhanUniversity of Science & Technology were invited.
Firstly, the stuff of the CookeryExperimentCenter showed us around the relevant laboratories and specialized classrooms.
And then, the activity went into the cooking exercises. Gao Qiong, Chinese culinary master, demonstrated the production process of Mantou and Baozi. Under the guidance of Miss Gao and the volunteers of culinary major, all the students and teachers made the bakery together.
During the period of steaming, the international students went to the ChineseTea & WineCenter. They were shocked by Chinese Tea Art and enjoyed the Tea Art performance.
At last, all the teachers and students tasted the fruits of their labor. The vice-dean of WuhanUniversity of Science & Technology extended the heartfelt thanks to SIE, HBUE. She also hoped that through this activity, these two schools can deepen communication and exchange. Wish us a long friendship!
