根据武汉市疾控中心发出的紧急提醒，近期新冠疫情在武汉及国内多个省市爆发，疫情防控形势越来越严峻复杂。为有效控制和降低疫情传播风险，确保全体境内国际学生平安健康，请全体境内国际学生务必注意查收以下紧急通知。
According to an urgent reminder issued by the Wuhan CDC, the recent outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic in Wuhan and many domestic provinces and cities, the situation of prevention and control of the epidemic is getting more and more serious and complicated. In order to effectively control and reduce the risk of the spread of the epidemic and to ensure the safety and health of all domestic international students, all domestic international students are advised to take note of the following emergency notice.
一、湖北省新冠疫情紧急通报
2月22日下午，武汉市新冠肺炎疫情防控新闻发布会通报，2月21日22时至2月22日12时，我市新增新冠病毒核酸检测阳性感染者10例。至此，全市累计报告新冠肺炎确诊病例和感染者14例，分布在6个区，其中4例为外地来汉人员。所有确诊病例和感染者均及时转运至武汉市金银潭医院隔离诊治。
Ⅰ. Emergency Notification of the Covid-19 Epidemic in Hubei Province
On the afternoon of February 22, Wuhan City, the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control press conference informed that from 22:00 on February 21 to 12:00 on February 22, the city added 10 cases of Covid-19 nucleic acid test positive infected people. So far, the city has reported a total of 14 confirmed cases of Corvid-19, spread out in six districts, including four cases coming to Wuhan from other cities. All confirmed cases and infected persons were promptly transferred to Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital quarantine and treatment.
二、及时报告信息
近期有中高风险地区旅居史，以及与外地报告的新冠病毒感染者存在活动轨迹交集的人员，立即向班主任、所在社区或所在地疾控中心报备，并配合做好隔离观察和核酸检测等防控措施，隔离期间，所有费用由学生本人自行承担。
Ⅱ. Report in Time
Students who have recently traveled to or resided in a medium or high risk area, and who have traveled in the same path as the new cases reported outside Hubei Province, should immediately report to their head teacher, communities or local CDC, and cooperate with the prevention and control measures such as quarantine, observation and nucleic acid testing. Students will be responsible for the expenses during the quarantine period.
三、遵守防疫规定。
①当前在校外学生如需返汉返校，需至少提前三天向班主任提出申请，学院届时将根据学校疫情防控政策批复是否允许返校。已外出学生需返汉返校的，经排查如有中高风险地区旅行史的，则按照武汉市疫情防控规定，严格执行隔离政策，隔离期满，能够出具解除隔离证明的方可返校，隔离期间费用由学生自理；无中高风险地区旅行史的外出学生，如需返汉返校的，返校时须提供48小时内核酸检测阴性报告，并测量体温，严查健康码、行程码以及同行密接情况。
②为了留校学生的安全考虑，在疫情缓解之前，学校将严控校内学生出行。学生需严格遵守“非必要不出校”的原则，除就医等紧急情况外，其他出校申请暂缓。学院将根据学生的实际情况，审批学生的出行申请，并酌情批准。学生得到学院同意后，方可出行,并于当天晚上22:30前返回宿舍。未经允许私自出校者或强闯门禁者，学院将依据违纪处分实施办法严肃处理。
③全体国际学生，对于现阶段疫情防控各类事件及数据须理性对待，不允许传播错误消息，坚决做到“不信谣，不传谣”，违者按校纪严肃处理。
Ⅲ. Comply with Epidemic Prevention Regulations.
①All students who are off campus must apply to your head teacher three days in advance before returning to school or Wuhan City. Students who traveled to medium and high risk areas after investigation will strictly implement the quarantine policy in accordance with Wuhan's epidemic prevention and control regulations. After the quarantine period finishes, students can return to school only if they got a certificate of release from quarantine. Students will be responsible for the expenses during the quarantine period. Students without travel history to medium and high-risk areas, according to the university pandemic control policy, While returning to campus, a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours, close-contact personnel itinerary, body temperature, travel code and health code will be checked.
②For the safety of students who stay on campus, until the epidemic eases, the school will strictly control the travel of students on campus.Students should strictly abide by the principle of no travel unless necessary and should not apply for going-out except in emergencies such as medical treatment. The school will examine and approve students' going-out requests based on the their actual situation. Students will be allowed to travel only with the permission letter from the SIE, and must return to the dormitory by 22:30 on the same night. Those who leave the campus without permission or those who break into the gate will be seriously dealt with according to the disciplinary measures.
③All international students shall be rational about the various events and data at this stage of the pandemic prevention and control. DO NOT spread false information, resolutely follow the principle of do not believe in rumors, do not spread rumors, violators will be seriously dealt with according to the university discipline.
四、做好个人防护
请境内全体国际学生日常生活中继续做好个人防护，继续保持科学佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、保持1米以上社交距离等良好卫生习惯。不扎堆，尽量单独用餐，不使用他人餐具，注意咳嗽礼仪。
Ⅳ. Exercise Good Personal Protection
All international students in China should continue to exercise good personal protection in daily life, and maintain good hygiene habits such as wearing masks in a scientific way, washing hands frequently, ventilation frequently, and maintaining a social distance of more than 1 meter. Do not gather, dinning separately and not to use others’ tableware, pay attention to cough etiquette.
五、关注健康状况
请时刻关注个人的身体健康状况，强化自身健康第一责任人的理念。一旦出现发热、咳嗽、咽痛、乏力、嗅（味）觉减退、腹泻等症状，请勿自行服药，并时刻佩戴口罩，告知班主任，并前往就近发热门诊就诊，并如实告知个人旅居史、活动史和接触史，就医途中尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具。
Ⅴ. Pay Attention to Personal Health Status
Please always pay attention to personal health status, strengthen the concept that you are responsible of your own health. In case of fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, decreased sense of smell, diarrhea and other symptoms, please do not take medicine by yourself, always wear a mask, report to your head teacher and go to the nearest fever clinic. Please inform your travel and residence history, activity history and contact history faithfully.Avoid to to take public transportation on the way to the hospital.
六、积极接种疫苗
接种新冠病毒疫苗是预防新冠肺炎最经济、最有效的手段，请符合接种条件的境内国际学生积极预约登记，尽快有序前往校医院接种新冠病毒疫苗，早接种早受保护，共同筑牢全民免疫屏障。
Ⅵ. Actively Take the Vaccination
Corvid-19 vaccination is the most economical and effective means to prevent COVID-19. All eligible domestic international students are requested to make an appointment to register and go to the university hospital to take it as soon as possible. The earlier you are vaccinated, the earlier you are protected. Jointly, we can build a national immunity barrier.
防控形势严峻，勿存侥幸心理！请全体国际学生时刻关注疫情，遵守防疫要求，坚持打卡报平安，积极做好个人防护。防控措施将根据疫情防控需要进行实时动态调整！
