From January 15 to January18, Professor Alastair Morrison, a world-renowned expert in tourism service and marketing and a tenured professor in the department of hotel and tourism management of Purdue University in the United States, gave intensive lectures and guidance to the faculty for four days.

In the four days, Professor Morrison gave vivid and detailed lectures on "how to do literature review", "Special Issues of SSCI", "how to compare with previous research results", "how to write beautiful English", "how to conduct overseas study visit" and other topics.

At the same time, Professor Morrison gave one-to-one guidance to more than 10 teachers in the writing of SSCI journal papers. On average, each teacher gave more than one hour of guidance, and gave specific and targeted guidance to the topic selection, chapter structure, target journals and the direction of subsequent improvement of the papers.
