Teachers and students of our school show excellent cooking skills in the "Hubei Global Promotion Activity"

 

On July 12, in the blue hall of the ministry of foreign affairs, the Hubei global recommendation event was held. The event was sponsored by the CPC central committee and the provincial government of Hubei province. The theme of the event was "China in the new era: Hubei, from the Yangtze river to the world". State councilor and foreign minister WANG Yi attended and delivered a speech. JIANG Chaoliang, secretary of the CPC central committee of Hubei province, delivered a speech. WANG Xiaodong, deputy secretary of the CPC central committee and governor of Hubei province, introduced the speech.

As the finale of this activity -- buffet dinner, prepared by 22 hubei chefs led by professor LU Yongliang and associate professor ZOU Zhiping from the school of tourism and hotel management of our school, a student named TAN Shuanglin from class Q1541 of our school of cuisine, participated in this activity as the core member. The team planned carefully and worked all night to prepare 29 delicacies for the Hubei global promotion conference, including 19 main courses, 6 main courses of dim sum and 4 courses of fruit. The dishes all showed the characteristics of Hubei and became one of the highlights of the event.
