The second international symposium on urban and public policy was held in Zhengzhou from June 14 to 17, 2019, co-sponsored by the center for urban development research of Zhengzhou University and the school of public administration of Zhengzhou University. Zhengzhou University, China institute of finance, urban development and environmental science institute, Chinese academy of social sciences, Chinese academy of social sciences, city and competitiveness center, China's macroeconomic research institute of land development and regional economic research institute, University of Maryland, the London School of Economics, the University of Hong Kong and other colleges and universities and research institutions attended the seminar.

Professor LI Xin made an academic share of "analysis on the relationship between wuhan's local financial revenue and economic growth" in the parallel session, and reviewed others' papers at the meantime.
