On January 28, in accordance with a series of requirements for the university to carry out online teaching, the School of Finance Management promptly responded and made teaching arrangements during the epidemic period, which immediately entered the preparatory stage.
The school requires all teachers to participate in the school's unified online teaching platform training, familiar with the operation of the teaching platform in the shortest time. All teachers join the CLASS QQ group, contact the class cadre in advance, get familiar with the students, prepare the class quickly, upload the learning materials to the teaching platform and QQ group, and guide the students to use various high-quality curriculum resources. Third, the notice suspends the graduate internship work, guarantees the graduate personal safety. On February 17, the semester began online. In order to fully grasp the teaching effect of the first week, the school establishes a feedback mechanism. Tan Ning prepared a questionnaire to understand the actual effect of online teaching. The teaching secretary asks each class committee to solicit questions, evaluate each course and give feedback. In view of the fact that some students do not have Internet access in their hometown, teachers give students "small attention". More than 90% of teachers use two or more teaching platforms for teaching. Teachers have gradually adapted to online teaching and can integrate various teaching methods to form their own unique teaching mode. They are proficient in content teaching, classroom management, homework correction, achievement record and other aspects.
