Our school conducts a special lecture on "Reasonable Guidance and Service for Employment in Public Sector"

In order to help students improve their ability to take the public examination and promote graduates' high-quality employment, our school held a special lecture on Reasonable Guidance and Serving Public Sector Employment on the afternoon of September 28th. The lecture was presided over by Vice President Ren Li, given by Teacher Duan Yunhua, and attended by all teachers of the School of Finance and Public Administration.

First of all, Mr. Duan Yunhua introduced in detail the specific reporting conditions of different types of examinations, such as civil servant recruitment, Selected Graduates recruitment, public institution recruitment and military civilian recruitment, as well as the similarities and differences in examination contents and examination forms. Secondly, with the rich experience of long-term public examination training, Duan Yunhua objectively analyzed the opportunities and competition of students majoring in public administration and finance and taxation in our school to apply for civil servants by using detailed data. Finally, Mr. Duan pointed out that the students in our school have the problems of low enthusiasm for applying for the exam and low enthusiasm for participating. The reason is that some students are still afraid of difficulties in public examinations and have misunderstandings about civil servants. Therefore, teachers should give reasonable guidance, help students make clear their goals as soon as possible, prepare for qualifications, and cultivate students' comprehensive quality and exercise their ability to take public examinations in combination with curriculum teaching.

Teacher Duan Yunhua's explanation was fantastic, which attracted teachers from various majors to participate in the exchange and discussion. The lecture came to a successful conclusion with applause and discussion.
