On April 27, the second meeting of the first council of provincial-level pilot college of public finance and administration reform was held. Party secretary Wen Xingsheng and vice President He Huigang attended the meeting. Directors of the first council, principals of academic affairs office, financial affairs office, school of public finance and administration and teachers' representatives attended, too.

The congress deliberated on the 2018 work report of the provincial-level pilot college of public finance and administration reform, and discussed the talent training program of the college of public finance and administration in 2019.

Wen Xingsheng thanked the council members for their support to the development of the school and the pilot college reform. He pointed out that since the establishment of the provincial pilot school of public finance and administration reform, it has made good achievements in the construction of teaching staff, talent introduction, discipline construction and talent cultivation. And he hopes that the school of public finance and administration will make great achievements under the guidance and support of these directors.

He Huigang introduced the background and requirements of the school's revised talent training program. The head of the school of finance and public administration reported on the work in 2018. The council members discussed the training programs of public finance, pilot classes of finance, taxation, public administration and labor and social security. They considered that the training objectives were clear and the programs and measures were reasonable and feasible.

Chairman Xu Jianguo expressed his gratitude to the directors and hoped that the school of public finance and administration would fully absorb the suggestions and further improve the talent training program.
