Dear international students abroad,
你们好！很高兴地告诉大家，今天武汉市的新冠肺炎新确证病例已经降到0了！但是新冠肺炎疫情在武汉，在中国尚未结束，全球也在面临疫情的威胁。在此真诚地祝愿所有国际学生们一切安好，平安度过这一段艰难的时期！疫情期间，请同学们做到如下几点，我们一同共克时艰：
Greeting from SIE HBUE! We are glad to tell everyone that the number of new confirmed case of COVID-19 is finally ZERO today in Wuhan city. However, Wuhan city and China are still fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic, which outbreaks worldwide now. We sincerely wish all the international students are safe during this tough time! In order to overcome the difficulties together, we would like to emphasize the arrangement of the school:
1、由于全球新冠肺炎疫情正处于爆发期，为保障同学们的身体健康和生命安全，所有同学在未接到学校正式通知之前，不得提前返校。如有违反，学校将视作违反校规进行处理。请同学们时刻关注学校国际教育学院在官网和班主任发布的有关返校、疫情防控等信息。
The COVID-19 pandemic outbreaks worldwide. In order to protect your health and life safety, Students must NOT return to school before you receive formal notification from our school. In case of any violation, the school will treat it as violation of school rules. Please pay close attention to the information about school opening, pandemic prevention and control released by SIE on its official website and WeChat.
2、请大家认真采取所有必要的防范步骤，保护自身健康。鉴于目前的形势，我们希望湖北经济学院全体国际学生要严格遵守当地政府及卫生部门发布的指示，认真采取所有必要防范步骤：避免到人群众多的地方参与活动；正确佩戴口罩、勤洗手、多通风、常运动。如果你出现咳嗽，发烧等症状，请根据实际情况，寻求医疗援助。
Please take all necessary precautions to protect yourselves. Considering the current situation, we hope that all international students of HBUE will strictly abide by the instructions issued by the local government and the health department, and take all necessary precautions: to avoid participating in activities where there are many people; to correctly wear masks, wash hands frequently, ventilate and exercise regularly. If you have cough, fever and other symptoms, please seek medical assistance according to the actual situation.
3、希望同学们可以安排好自己的生活和学习，做好疫情期间“停课不停学”。
