关于2020年春季国际教育学院网络课程和在线考试的通知

Dear international students,

The courses and exams for international students in Spring 2020 will all be conducted online, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:

各位留学生,

2020年春季学期国际学生的课程与考试全部在网上进行，相关事宜通知如下：
1. Arrangement of Online Courses

The 2020 Spring Semester Online courses will be continued for the whole semester. And the 18th week which lasts from June 15th to 21st is the last week of online courses, May 23rd will be the on-line thesis defense day for the graduating students.

1.网上课程教学安排

2020春季学期在线课程教学将持续整个学期。第18周（6月15日到21日）是网络课程教学的最后一周，5月23日是毕业生的论文网上答辩日。

2. Arrangement of Final Exams

The students who have completed the online courses of this semester shall take the final exams some of which shall be final paper tests or open tests such as report. Students shall follow the test arrangements according to teacher. If the test form will be open tests, the teacher shall announce the online exam questions or assessment methods one week before the end of the course, and students shall submit the online exam paper or audio or visual materials in the last class of all courses. Students can login to the personal portal to check the results in the 21st week which is from July 6th to July 11th.

2.期末考试安排

完成本学期网络课程的学生应参加期末考试，部分为期末笔试或公开考试，如报告等。学生应按老师的安排进行考试。如考试表是开放式考试，教师应在课程结束前一周公布在线考试问题或评估方法，学生应在所有课程的最后一堂（次）课上提交在线考试试卷或视听材料。学生可以在第21周（7月6日至7月11日）登录教务系统查看结果。

3. Arrangement of Supplementary Exams

The students taking the online supplementary exams shall be the graduating students who have failed the courses. Before May 18th , the SIE Teaching Affairs Office shall contact the class advisor of international students to create a Wechat group of supplementary exam; Before May 28th, students shall complete the supplementary exam and submit it to the examiner. Those who fail to do so within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the qualification for this supplementary exam.

3.补考安排

网上补考的学生为未通过考试的应届毕业生。5月18日之前，学院教务办公室应联系留学生班主任创建补充考试微信群；5月28日之前，应完成补充考试并提交给考官。逾期不补考的，视为放弃补考资格。

4.Relevant Requirements

In principle, all exams(supplementary exams) in this semester shall be conducted online. The teachers shall set the assessment weight according to the actual situation of teaching, and the score is controlled according to different aspects, such as the topic selection of exam paper, participation in discussion, assignment, attendance, correct specification, operation status, and defense of design, etc.                
4.相关要求

原则上，本学期的所有考试（补充考试）都应在网上进行。教师应根据教学实际情况设置考核权重，并根据试卷选题、参与讨论、作业、出勤、正确规格、操作状态、设计答辩等不同方面进行评分控制。
