From March 28 to 29, the second national popular dish cooking competition (finals) sponsored by the China cooking association and hosted by the famous chef Committee of the China cooking association was held ceremoniously in Wuhan international Expo center. This cooking competition focuses on the theme of "popular dishes" and advocates the cooking concept of "safety, health, nutrition and delicacy". The aim is to excavate and spread the popular dishes in the current catering market, exchange and display the popular dishes in various places, so as to enrich and prosper the catering market supply.
In order to further implement the teaching idea of "promoting learning through competition" in the culinary and nutrition education major of our college, on March 20, the department of culinary and nutrition set up a training team for the second national popular cuisine cooking competition, with Zeng Xiangyun as the team leader and instructor, Chen Cisheng and Zou Ziping as the coaches, and Li Xawei, Huang Jaji, Huang Jming and Zhang Jehui from class Q1741 cooking as the team representatives.
After a week of intensive and concentrated training, the four students of our school's representative team were calm and calm in the competition field, overcame difficulties, better developed their own technical level, and achieved excellent results of 3 gold and 1 silver.
Li xiawei, who won the gold medal in this competition, said that by taking part in the national cooking competition, she further realized the hard work of practicing cooking skills and the joy of improving cooking skills. at the same time, she clearly realized the inadequacy of her comprehensive quality. she will continue to work hard, study hard, train hard and strive to achieve more and better results.
