On the morning of April 12, President Deng Yi and Vice President Mao Yan, together with researcher Su Yang from the Development Research Center of the State Council, went to Sun Yat-sen University's School of Tourism for research. They conducted in-depth interviews with Vice President He Mang, Assistant President Zuo Bing and Assistant President Zhang Xiaoming of Sun Yat-sen University's School of Tourism. They fully investigated the work of Sun Yat-sen University's School of Tourism in terms of undergraduate training programs, teaching materials, practical training, employment of graduates, etc. In addition, the two sides have communicated on the follow-up research and cooperation in national parks and heritage protection and reached a preliminary cooperation intention.
