On the afternoon of September 20, 2019, 11 teachers and students from Swinburne University of Technology came to the Chinese International Promotion of Chinese Diet Culture Training Base appreciation and experience the Chinese diet culture charm, and carried out interactive activities with the students of department of cooking and nutrition education.
Master Chen introduced eight cuisines of Chinese food and the characteristics of ingredients and cooking techniques of Hubei cuisine to the visiting teachers and students, and demonstrated three dishes of Hubei cuisine with the theme of fish: The Soup of Fish Ball Shape of Orange Segments , Braised Wuchang Fish In Brown Sauce, and Deep Fried Fish Cut In The Shape Of A Chrysanthemum Flower.
