Professor Deng Yi of our school was invited to attend the 2019 academic annual meeting of tourism geography committee of the Chinese geographical society and the second national parks and sustainable tourism academic seminar in Shanghai from September 27 to 29, and delivered a keynote report on " How To Clarify National Park Authority And Expenditure Responsibility" to the conference.

Professor Deng's report revolved around the division of money in the construction of the national park system, analysis of the current situation of national park division of fiscal powers, the principle of national park authority division, and put forward some suggestion how to scientifically integrate the financial authority of national parks and how to reasonably divide the expenditure responsibility of governments at all levels. At the same time, some key problems related to fund in the construction of national park system are analyzed.（09-30-2019）
