Zou Zhiping's "Chinese Lotus Root Dishes" Signed for Copyright Export at South Asia Hubei Media Week

On the evening of November 13, local time, the launch ceremony and opening ceremony of 2019 Audiovisual China Hubei Film and Television Exhibition Week (South Asia Hubei Media Week) was held in New Delhi, India. Zou Zhiping, associate professor of the School of Tourism and Hotel Management and director of Chu Cuisine Research Institute, signed a copyright export contract at the opening ceremony for the book "Chinese Lotus Root Cuisine" (this is the second copyright export). This book is the first foreign copyright export cooking book in Hubei Province.

  

Deng Wugui, head of the Hubei delegation and vice-minister of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, affirmed "Chinese Lotus Root Cuisine" and believed that the book contributed to the promotion of Chu cuisine culture and the promotion of Chu cuisine brands. He also recommended the book to Li Bijian, China's envoy to India, and to the media and publishing circles of Indian guests. (11-14-2019)
