On the evening of May 22nd, the School of Tourism and Hotel Management organized the 2019 scientific research project team to answer the questions online. All the teachers of the academic committee of the institute, the scientific research counselors in charge of students and all the members of each team participated in the reply.
Participating in this defense are Investigation and Research on Ability and Quality of Professional Managers in Exhibition and Comprehensive Utilization of Bean Dregs in Baked Food and Beverage Products from the Perspective of Healthy China. Project leaders Zou Jiawen and Yang Jizhong respectively expounded their respective projects from five main aspects: research content, research methods, research process, research results and relevant suggestions, and displayed them with pictures of research process. The statement was clear, and the explanation time was within the prescribed scope, and the whole was relatively smooth. After the presentation, the academic committee put forward three questions for each project, and the team leader answered them one by one. (05—23—2020)
