（Bt ZHAO Bing）On November 11, 2020, the Planning and Finance Department of the State Forestry and Grass Bureau organized an expert symposium on the budget and finance of nature reserves with national parks as the main body during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and solicited experts' opinions on key construction projects and construction funding arrangements. Experts and managers from Chinese Academy of Sciences, institutions of higher learning and National Park Administration attended the symposium. Professor Deng Yi of our school was invited to attend and speak.

Professor Deng Yi expressed his opinions on the division of financial powers and expenditure responsibilities of national parks, and put forward the tentative plan of special transfer payment system of national parks during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Experts attending the meeting also discussed the pilot and construction of national parks in the next five-year plan period.
