Hubei "Artisan Cup" Chu Cuisine Vocational Skills Competition was Held in our University

More than 350 skilled talents and industry experts from 17 cities and prefectures and many catering enterprises in the province gathered in the Institute to learn about Chu cuisine skills and exchange Chu cuisine culture.

The competition includes four categories: Chinese cooking, Chinese pastry, cold carving and Chinese banquet service, which are divided into individual competition and team competition. Among them, Chinese cooking especially requires players to prepare a traditional famous dish of Chu cuisine and a dish with fish as raw material in the hot dish project; The pastry and pastry in the pastry project require players to innovate and improve the skills and tastes of traditional snacks in Hubei; Players should closely follow Chu culture in the creation of cold carving; The setting of Chinese banquet service and the clothes of contestants should also reflect the elements of Jing Chu.
