Teachers and students of the sschool of tourism and hospitalitymanagement won two gold MEDALS in the 2021 China Innovation and Traditional Chinese Cooking Competition

On March 30, 2021, the 30th Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Industry Expo and 2021 China Innovation and Traditional Chinese Cuisine Competition was held in National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). Shen Sijing, a professional teacher of cooking, and Li Xiawei, a student of cooking class Q1741 (who is also a member of the Chinese training team of the 46th World Championships) participated in the "Exquisite dishes set menu display" in this competition and won two gold medals, which is the highest award in thiscompetition.
