From June 9 to 13, 2021, Dr. Wen Chao from the School of Tourism and Hospitality Managementwent to Shanghai to visit Shanghai Hengjin Exhibition Co., Ltd., a school-enterprise cooperation internship unit, according to the relevant requirements of the mid-term professional internship program, and visited 29 students who instructed the 2018 exhibition economics and management major in our school to participate in the mid-term internship.

Dr. Wen Chao first visited Shanghai Hengjin Exhibition Co., Ltd., learned about the company's development history, and had in-depth exchanges and communication with the unit leaders on school-enterprise cooperation, personnel training and student internships, and learned about the feedback of interns, and reached a consensus on school-enterprise cooperation and personnel training in the future.

Then, Dr. Wen Chao held an intern symposium to learn more about students' internship experience in recent one month.Mainly on the students' working conditions, internship, daily life, internship log and other aspects of the situation and problems were discussed and guided. In addition, Dr. Wen Chao made an in-depth dialogue on the problems of students' unstable internship mentality, lack of working methods, low internship efficiency and poor accommodation conditions.

A three-day visit to guide interns is conducive to school-enterprise cooperation. Through face-to-face communication with interns, Dr. Wen Chao stabilized their mentality and improved their work efficiency.
