In September 2021, the provincial Science and Technology Department issued the List of 2021 Hubei Provincial Natural Science Fund Projects, in which the subject bamboo shoot dietary fiber silver carp gel characteristics and flavor quality regulation mechanism by Dr. ZHeng Zhaoming was approved the youth project. The Hubei Natural Science Foundation project focuses on talent training, discipline construction and source innovation, and supports outstanding talents to carry out relevant basic research on major scientific issues and key core technologies in the economic and social development of Hubei Province. This project has played a positive role in promoting the discipline construction of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
