On Teacher's Day 2021, HBUE held a teacher representatives symposium and commendation meeting, in which Dr. Chen Lishuang was awarded Tenglong Scholar in 2021, and made a speech on behalf of Tenglong Scholar.

The Tenglong Scholars talent funding program of HBUE aims to strengthen the construction of high-level talent team of HBUE, select and train reserve candidates for various high-level talent programs above the provincial level, connect with the national provincial talent project, build a sufficient number of tenglong scholars talent system with gradient connection, and improve the academic productivity.

Dr. Chen Lishuang is the first teacher to be awarded Tenglong Scholar in the  School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. This honor will greatly encourage the professional development and discipline development of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. At the same time, the college also hopes that the faculty of the College will continue to improve the level of scientific research, making scientific research play a full role in promoting teaching, and cultivate excellent talents by the means of innovating teaching contents and deepening teaching methods through scientific research.
