Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on the Publication of the First Batch of 14th Five-Year Plan National Planning Teaching Materials for Vocational Education, and three teaching materials edited and co-edited by Associate Professor Chunxia Yao from the School were selected as 14th Five-Year Plan National Planning Teaching Materials for Vocational Education. Among them, Cold Dishes and Food Carving Techniques was chosen for the first time in the national planning materials, Culinary Arts and Crafts was selected again after the 13th Five-Year Plan national planning materials, Chinese Culinary Techniques and Practical Training was awarded the second prize of the first National Excellent Teaching Materials and has automatically qualified as a national planning textbook this time.
There are 157 textbooks selected nationwide for the newly added Undergraduates of Higher Vocational Education Group, and three Food, Medicine, and Grain Category textbooks were specified. The textbook Cold Dishes and Food Carving Techniques by Associate Professor Chunxia Yao is the only one selected in the Undergraduates of Higher Vocational Education Group - Food, Medicine, and Grain Category among universities in Hubei province.
