President Jie Fang Attends the Opening Ceremony of the "Chu Master Chef" Training Course

       On November 6th, the opening ceremony of the Chu Master Chef training course was held in Hongshan Auditorium. President Fang Jie attended and delivered a speech, and Vice President Hong Fu presided over. 

The Chu Master Chef training course is sponsored by the Provincial Department of Commerce and hosted by the Chu Cuisine Research Institute of Hubei University of Economics. The Provincial Department of Commerce has formulated and implemented the Chu Master Chef training and assessment standards. The Chu Cuisine Research Institute has compiled the Chu Master Chef Training Manual. The training course invited experts and scholars including Chunming Li, former Party Secretary and Executive Vice Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Professor Yutang Liu, former Vice President of the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, Professor Weijun Yao, doctoral supervisor at Huazhong Normal University and Master of Chinese Catering Culture recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Chu Cuisine Masters Yongliang Lu and Mingshe Yu, and food and nutrition expert Xiangyun Zeng to deliver lectures.
