The third session of the 13th National People’s Congress (NPC) and the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (СРРСС) will be held in Beijing on May 22 and 21, respectively. Under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of school teaching, management and service, the Party Committee and General Party Branch of each second-level unit are required to conscientiously organize teachers and students to watch the opening and closing ceremonies of the “Two Sessions” and other relevant reports and to consciously learn the spirit of the “Two Sessions”. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, please attach great importance to it. The Party Committee of each two level unit and the General Party Branch needs to study the “Two Sessions spirit as the party committee theory study center group study, the teaching staff theory study and the important content of students' ideological and political education, and to combine studying two sessions” spirit with completing own work and promoting the development of school closely and strives for the actual effect.
Two, please organize carefully. The Party Committee and General Party Branch of each second-level unit must combine with the actual, and actively organize the teachers and students through the television, network, Learning Power platform to watch all kinds of reports about the Two Sessions”, especially must organize the teachers and students to watch the Opening Ceremony and the Closing Ceremony of the Two Sessions, the relevant press conference and something important and profoundly understand and learn the spirit of the Two Sessions
Third, please pay attention to the publicity. The Party Committee and General Party Branch of each second-level unit must actively publicize and report the teachers and students’ learning situation about the “Two Sessions”, especially the teachers and students’ response to the “Two Sessions, the vision and expectation of future development, the deep understanding and grasp of the hot “Two Sessions” educational topic and so on to active a thick study and propaganda atmosphere.
