From October 22nd to 28th, the Hubei Federation of Social Science Associations held a conference in Zigui County, Yichang City, to promote social science popularization work in Hubei Province. The conference commended the Top Ten and outstanding volunteer lecturers for the years 2022-2023 in Hubei Province. Our university's Professor Zhang Jun was honored as one of the Top Ten volunteer lecturers for the year 2022-2023.

Professor Zhang Jun, as a member of the Teachers' Group of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee，the Wuhan Municipal Committee, the Wuchang District Committee, the Jianghan District Committee, and the CPC of Suizhou Municipal Committee，the Zengdu District Committee, actively responded to the call. In his spare time, he entered party and government offices, universities, enterprises, streets, and communities to carry out voluntary service activities. Over the past year, Professor Zhang Jun has conducted more than sixty lectures.
