This website news (correspondent Mei Shengyao) on June 3rd, our academy invited Professor Liang Xue-feng of Kyoto University to give a lecture entitled Study on the Characteristics of Image Block Matching to the faculty members. Through the Tencent conference, Vice President Li Hongyan, all PhD teachers and some interested teachers participated in the online academic exchange.

In the lecture, Professor Liang explained the advantages and characteristics of the image block matching method in detail from the three aspects of learning feature differences of Shared function , learning aggregation and learning feature from samples, at the same time, the goal and the research of computer vision methods were further analyzed to explain in detail, for the teachers of the follow-up study and research work to broaden the train of thought and vision.

At the end of the lecture, all the teachers actively interacted with Professor Liang with questions, which benefited a lot. They expressed that they would continue to strengthen academic exchanges, expand research ideas and jointly promote professional construction.
