Onthe evening of March 13, Professor Gu Yuejingzhi of Waseda University in Japan gave a lecture entitled “Introduction to Data Mining and Artificial Intelligence” to the students of our school, chaired by Mrs. Wu Qianqian.

At the beginning of the lecture, Mrs. Wu Qianqian introduced the academic background and theoretical research results of Professor Gu Yuejingzhi to the teachers and students. Professor Gu Yuejingzhi started from the definition of data mining and introduced that data mining needs to select appropriate analytical tools, apply neural network, genetic algorithm and other methods to process information and obtain useful analytical information.

During the interactive session, the students had an in-depth exchange with Professor Gu Yuejingzhi on the future development of intellectual intelligence,. This lecture provided a platform for our students to gain an in-depth understanding of computing intelligence and application. The students said that the lecture benefited them a lot.
