Founded in 1992, the national mathematical contest in modeling for college students is one of the largest scientific and technological activities among colleges and universities in China.This competition is a comprehensive examination of mathematical application, programming writing, logical thinking and other abilities, which is highly consistent with the training program of our college.

According to the report, nearly 130,000 people registered for the competition, including 42,992 teams (39,239 undergraduate teams, 3699 junior teams) from 1,490 colleges and universities across the country, the United States and Malaysia.

Starting from April 25 this year, the students went through two rounds of on-campus selection, intensive summer training and five consecutive simulations. Finally, four students from our school, guo can, zhang yicheng, lu xuan and li xin, successfully entered the finals.Guo can's team won the first prize in hubei province, and the other three won the second prize in hubei province.
