(Correspondent: Fan wei)On the morning of October 24, 2019, hubei law society economic law research association, law and economics research association President's meeting and paper evaluation meeting was held in conference room 406, zhixing building, hubei university of economics. Law in hubei province economic law institute, law and economics research association, professor Liu Dahong, professor Ning lizhi from Wuhan university, professor Li Jianghong of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, professor Xu chengguang of Wuhan Engineering University, professor Liao jianqiu  of China University of Geosciences, Su Lifang of Wuhan Railway vocational College of Technology and other member representatives attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by professor qiu qiu, dean of law school of hubei university of economics.

The meeting was first addressed by professor Liu dahong, President of the economic law research association, law and economics research association and deputy secretary of the party committee of hubei university of economics. He expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the experts present at the institute. As a member of the institute, hubei university of economics attaches great importance to academic activities and industrial exchanges, and will fully support the development of the institute.

The meeting also studied the establishment of primary party organizations. To fully implement the decision of the CPC party construction of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening social organization and deployment, to uphold and strengthen the unified leadership of the party construction work to learn business, by the President, proposed by the delegates agreed that decided to set up law law economic law institute party branch, hubei province and hubei province branch of law and economics seminar. The secretariat shall be responsible for the preparation and approval of the preparatory work, submit the application to the party organization of the superior business guidance department, and step up implementation in accordance with the organizational procedures.

During the paper evaluation process, the participants fully exchanged their opinions. A total of 141 papers were received from universities and law departments in and out of the province. The conference takes academic value and academic standardization as the primary evaluation criteria, takes full consideration of the relevance of the theme of the annual conference and other conditions, and works out the scope of the first, second and third prizes.

Finally, the meeting also discussed the specific work arrangement of the 2019 annual conference and academic seminar of the first chongqing and hubei law society, and formulated the schedule of the 2019 annual conference and academic seminar of the first chongqing and hubei law society, making full preparations for a high-quality annual conference and academic seminar of the law society.
