Delegation of ESC Rennes School of Business (France) visited HBUE

 

  

On March 11th, Mrs. Carole BONANNI, Professor of Strategic Management and Vice President of ESC Rennes School of Business (France), led a delegation to visit Hubei University of Economics. Vice President He Huigang welcomed the French guests. Leaders from International Exchange & Cooperation Department, School of Foreign Languages, School of Finance, School of Business Administration, School of Accounting and School of Logistics and Engineering Management attended the meeting.

 

Vice President He Huigang reviewed the exchange and cooperation history between HBUE and French universities. The exchange and cooperation between HBUE and French universities, he said, started at a high level and became very fruitful, which haslaid a solid foundation for we two universities to enhance mutual understanding and launch new cooperation projects. Then, He Huigang briefly introduced our university in terms of its centurial history, current school size, infrastructure construction, discipline characteristics and growing international cooperation. There are many similarities between two universities, he pointed out, major setting and disciplinary construction for example, and he showed great confidence for the prospect of cooperation.

 

Prof. Carole BONANNI thanked for the warm welcome. Then she introduced the Rennes School of Business and their exchange and cooperation programmes with Chinese universities, and she expressed her high expectation of carrying out such cooperative program with our university.

 

The two sides further discussed in terms of prospective cooperation programs including “3+1” undergraduate program, “3+1.5” undergraduate plus master program and “1+1” master program, and reached a consensus.
