Gratitude is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, which is a kind of attitude to life and a responsibility as well. On November 24-26, the International Exchange & Cooperation Department joined by some faculty carried out a series of Thanksgiving activities with international characteristics. In the event, students gave exquisite Thankyou cards to the foreign teachers; decorated the corridor in front of the library with beautiful cards filled with gratitude; participated in the Thanksgiving Day’s competitions of string the grape and rolling pumpkins which are symbols of celebrating the harvest with foreigner teachers, and everyone felt the joy of thanksgiving with laughter in these events.
Through these series of Thanksgiving activities, the school thanked the foreign teachers for their hard work, strengthened students' compassion, responsibility and the international atmosphere on campus, and promoted the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
