On the first day of the new semester, the teaching is goingwell. School leaders including Wen Xingsheng, Mei Hua, Liu Dahong, Lu Xiaocheng, Wu Xianfu, He Huigang, Chen Xiangjun, Zhang Yilin attend lectures，grasp the basic situation of teachers' teaching and Student's condition, and listen to the opinions and suggestionsregarding work between teachers and students.
The school leaders respectively listened to the courses Luo Peng's “Regulations on Financial Regulations”, “School of Logistics Management” by Zhou Cheng, “Finance Management” by Teacher Lu Zhanfeng, and “Consumer Behavior” by Teacher Wu Xiaoping, and gave detailed lecture recordings. Wen Xingsheng, secretary of the Party Committee of the school, exchanged ideas with Luo Peng, a young teacher of the Finance Institute, about the teaching methods, classroom organization, and management after the class. Wen Xingsheng expressed his appreciation of Luo Peng's passionate teaching status and the students’ full learning state.
In order to fully understand the operation of the school teaching, effectively guarantee the normal teaching order, and teaching quality, the school organizes and carries out the opening education inspection work. On the morning of March 5th,Vice President He Huigang led the administrative departments of the Academic Affairs Office, Experimental Teaching Center and other functional departments, and supervised several inspections. They focused on checking teachers' arrival status, student attendance, student teaching materials, and multimedia teaching equipment operating conditions. The heads of the colleges also conducted inspections on the teaching of the schoolteachers and the students’ attendance.
A total of 557 classes were taught on the first day of school. From the perspective of inspections, classroom teachers attached great importance to teaching , arrived at posts in advance, and were fully prepared for teaching. The vast majority of teachers used the first lesson of the school to speak and define courses. The following things were also discussed: teaching objectives, key difficulties, class schedules, exam assessment requirements, etc. The students entered the classrooms on time, they were full of energy, there was an active atmosphere, and there was good interaction between teachers and students. Classroom multimedia equipment were operating normally, the teaching environment was clean and tidy, teaching services were in place, and the teaching is in order. The teaching and inspection work will continue for one week. The Academic Affairs Office will coordinate relevant departments and colleges to solve the problems found in the inspection in time. The inspection will be announced to the school in the form of a teaching brief.
