He Huigang extended a warm welcome to Dr. Alan Walker and his delegation, and reviewed the process and achievements of the joint establishment of the Frostburg Institute of Carbon Economy and Data Science, Hubei University of Economics (hereinafter referred to as HFICEDS). He pointed out that the HFICEDS has made a good start, and hoped that both sides would further consolidate the foundation of cooperation, expand the scope of cooperation, and enhance the level of cooperation. They should actively explore cooperation in more fields and new directions, and gradually promote the integration of talent cultivation levels to build a high-level talent cultivation system that combines Chinese and Western elements.
