(Correspondent: Yang Bo Review: Yin Qingshan) In the afternoon of April 7, 2022, our college held a general meeting of faculty and staff to announce the appointment of the new dean. Wen Xingsheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the university, He Huigang, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the university, Zhang Fengsong, Director of the office of the university, Wang Ping, Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, Zhang Yanwei, Vice Minister of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, and all faculty members of the School of Marxism attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liu Dahong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the university.

At the meeting, Wang Ping announced the appointment and dismissal decision, Comrade Ye Xiaodong was no longer the deputy secretary and dean of the Party General Branch of our college, and Comrade Zhao Jiwei was appointed as the deputy secretary and dean of the Party General Branch of our college.

Wen Xingsheng expressed his affirmation of the outstanding achievements made by the  Marxism Institute in recent years, in various aspects such as teaching, scientific research and social services. He pointed out that the recent adjustment, selection and appointment of the Secretary and Dean of the General Party Branch of the Faculty of Equine Studies was the decision made by the Party Committee of the University with a view to the needs of the high-quality and high-growth development of the Faculty of Marxism Studies, from the actual Faculty of Marxism Studies and the actual school, after extensive investigation and research, which reflects the decision of the Party Committee of the University to further optimize the construction of the leadership team of the second-level units, and also highlights the high importance attached by the University to the strengthening of the construction of the Faculty of Marxism Studies. He put forward requirements for the new team: one to do adhere to the two maintenance team, two to do adhere to the major principles of the team, three to do adhere to the unity and collaboration of the team, four to do adhere to the team of officers and entrepreneurs. He said that today we are standing on the edge of the world. He said today we have stood at the head of the new historical tide of the development of the College, we will step into the new journey of the development of the school hand in hand, and sincerely hope that all the people of the College under the leadership of the new party and government team, with a high state of mind, determination and courage to forge ahead, with the success does not have to be in me realm to overcome difficulties and forge ahead with practical actions, contribute to the new journey of building a high-level university of finance and economics with distinctive characteristics and write a new chapter!

Zhao Jiwei made a statement and thanked the Party Committee of the university for its care and love for the College, the functional departments for their attention and support, and the leaders and teachers of the College for their support and trust. He said he will take the basic idea of teaching, research, discipline, bright features, harmony and glory, adhere to the Party's leadership and correct guidance, unity of the team to drive the college harmony, to create a clean college ecology; promote the standardization of teaching and research department construction, based on the teaching and research department to do a good job of teaching and research synergistic development, connotation development; highlight the focus, go all out to fight the master's degree in Marxism disciplines; increase the faculty The school has been able to build a community of development, destiny and struggle by relying on all teachers to work and start their own businesses.
