The fifteenth session of the JISI Forum: Embarking on a New Journey of Comprehensively building a modern Socialist country -- Interpretation of the spirit of the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

The report was hosted by Tu Airong,the deputy dean.And the whole staff in the academy attended it.

Professor Shu Aixiang introduced the staff  the background and significance of the committee, reviewed the draft and strategic considerations of the establishment of the central committee of the communist party of China about the national economy and social development of the 14th five-year plan and 2035 vision advice(referred to as the planning proposal),illustrated the frame structure and the main content of planning advice and introduced the paper’s important views and bright spots.

Professor Shu Aixiang pointed out that the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee was a very important meeting held at an important historical moment when the victory of our Party in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects was within sight and the new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects was about to begin.The Planning proposal is a programmatic document to embark on a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country and march toward the second centenary Goal. General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Plenum provided scientific and basic guidelines for promoting high-quality development, building a new pattern of development, and achieving new victories in comprehensively building a modern socialist country.

The staff have expressed that The report of Professor Shu Aixiang is comprehensive and systematic, with prominent focus, and has strong pertinence and guidance. After listening to the spirit of the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, all staff have a more comprehensive understanding and a more profound understanding.
