In the afternoon of May 3rd, the School of Marxism carried out mobilization activities for the undergraduate examination and evaluation in the conference room of the school. The activity was presided over by Liu Wei, secretary of the General Party Branch of the School, and attended by all teachers of the School.

Liu Wei made a review and evaluation report on the theme of The Striving School of Marxism to all the teachers, and made a comprehensive interpretation and analysis of the current situation of School of Marxism from the four parts: the basic teaching situation, achievements, school-running characteristics, existing problems and improvement measures.

Liu Wei pointed out that in the past work, the School of Marxism has always taken improving the quality of undergraduate teaching as the central work, and has taken practical measures to constantly promote the quality of ideological and political courses. We should give full play to the leading role of ideological and political course teachers, promoting the reform and innovation of teaching methods, and guiding  college students to deeply participate in ideological and political course teaching, so as to bring about the ideological and political course with a new open way, having the teaching research and teaching reform achieved obvious effectiveness.At the time of achieving honors and achievements, we must also seriously check on and summarize the problems existing in the past work. In view of the existing problems, we would continue to strengthen the education of teachers' professional mission and sense of responsibility, strengthening teacher training, practical training, exchanges between teachers and students, and the construction of teachers and students

After the report, Liu Wei made arrangements for the construction of the School in the next stage according to the feedback and Suggestions of the expert group who  pre-evaluated and reviewed the undergraduate teaching work. First, according to the requirements of the university, special classes for special personnel should continue to be carried out to modify and improve the school's self-assessment report. Second, according to the statement and data in the School self-assessment report, further collect relevant supporting materials; Third, all teachers strictly follow the university's requirements on the archiving and management of teaching documents and materials, and check again the normative questions of the examination papers in the past three years. Comrade Liu Wei put forward two requirements to all teachers: firstly, all teachers should unify the ideological understanding, enhancing the sense of urgency and responsibility of audit and evaluation; Secondly, the whole School teachers should be mobilized, preparing carefully and rectifying in a short time.

Through this meeting, The faculty members are further concentrated on the teaching work by the opportunity of evaluation, promoting the reform of teaching, coordinating with the construction and the assessment, strengthening the teachers working level, improving the effectiveness, in order to established an ideological and political class which is beneficial to students studying and work in all their life.
