On October 31, 2022, a delegation of 5 people, including Sun Hui, dean of the school, Gao Peng, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Li Yanyan, Vice dean, went to Hubei Water Sports Management Center to carry out research activities. Liu Guangli, Deputy Director of Hubei Water Sports Management Center, Cao Jie and others attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the person in charge of the Water Sports Center introduced the basic situation of the Center, deeply understood the public recruitment of retired athletes, and recommended and introduced qualified athletes. The leaders of our institute and the person in charge of the Water Sports Management Center successively exchanged views on sports projects, venues and facilities, practical training, training and employment, and the two sides discussed the in-depth cooperation between the school and the industry. This research activity strengthened the connection between our institute and relevant industries, and provided a more powerful guarantee for the construction of the first-class national specialty of leisure sports and the development of water sports projects of our school.

The leaders also visited the venue equipment, strength training room, rowing, 2000 meter kayak competition channel, athletes' apartments, etc.
