On April 18, more than 50 students from class accaq1641 of our college visited Shangri La Financial Sharing Center under the guidance of teacher Cheng yan'e from international project department. With us, there were representatives of ACCA students from Jianghan University, Wuhan Textile University and Wuhan Engineering University. As the first group of students to visit the Financial Sharing Center, we are honored to receive a very warm reception.
First of all, Linda, director of human resources department, introduced the company's situation and future development plan to us. Based on the leadership of the head office, the Financial Sharing Center encourages the exchange and sharing of talents, devotes itself to providing sufficient opportunities for talent development, and forms its own unique culture. In order to achieve these goals, the Financial Sharing Center has formulated corresponding policies, mainly in flat level, and established four main departments: human resources, it department, operation Department, and change department. Since its opening in Wuhan in July 2018, Shangri La Financial Sharing Center has completed the unified settlement of remuneration and payables.
Then we visited the whole financial sharing center. The working environment here is simple and warm, the management and ordinary staff are integrated, and there are telephone room, mother and baby room, cloakroom, rest room, etc. During the visit, Nancy, manager of human resources department, also introduced the company's talent development and training methods. Shangri la Financial Sharing Center focuses on the bottom-up learning mode, fully collects the learning needs of employees, and the company makes learning plans and organizes them, and employees voluntarily participate in them. The company also organizes app recommendation, flea market and other activities from time to time, which can effectively promote cross departmental communication.
Then, Emily, director of operations, and cherry, manager of compensation department, respectively introduced the company's financial sharing business processing process and specific operation mode, main accounting software, and the progress of the project since its launch; Jennifer, manager of recruitment department, briefed us on the company's current talent demand and requirements for new graduates. Let us know the company's recruitment requirements for talents at the same time, and have a certain understanding of what we should do in the future to meet such requirements.
