On the evening of 30 October, a series of lectures on campus for CIMA members were successfully held in j3-201. Lu Zhengfa, financial director of Sichuan headquarters of new hope group, was invited to share the theme for the students. Deng Qing, vice president of accounting school, presided over the sharing meeting, and the students of CIMA class of accounting attended.

First of all, director Lu starts from the requirements of the integration of industry and finance for the transformation of financial management in the digital era, and explains with a case that science and technology has brought professional changes to financial personnel. Then, director Lu puts forward that the transformation of financial management is based on the transformation of organizational functions and role positioning, and points out higher employment requirements for financial management practitioners in the digital era Starting from the ability and value embodiment of industry and finance integration, this paper introduces the industry finance integration ecosystem and the challenges it faces; finally, director Lu interacts with students from the aspect of career development of financial personnel, and puts forward ardent hopes for them.

The lecture was concluded by Deng Qing, who put forward the viewpoint of "learning CIMA well and overtaking on the curve". He hoped that everyone could learn professional knowledge, enrich themselves and lay a solid foundation for future career development.
