On the afternoon of July 13, 2020, the Department of visual communication design held a virtual simulation experiment project promotion meeting in the conference room on the fourth floor of our hospital. The meeting was attended by Ye Jinsong, Zhang Li, Feng Jin, Xu Qingyuan, Li Peng, Tan Tianyuan and other teachers. The meeting was presided over by Liu Jun, director of the Department of visual communication. Zhou Yanjun, Secretary of the Party committee of the College of art and design, and Wang Zhiyun, vice president, attended the meeting.

The main topic of the meeting is to clarify the summer work plan and objectives, topic selection, research and other contents of the virtual simulation experiment project, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project. On the spot of the meeting, the members of the project working group and the cooperative enterprise discussed the concrete scheme of the work progress through the network video conference. Then, the teachers actively discussed the topics, plans, workflow, experimental scripts, project division and copywriting.

After nearly 4 hours of agenda, the meeting reached consensus on many key contents. The project leader widely adopted the suggestions put forward by the expert group and teachers, and made specific arrangements for the division of work.
