Recently, the Provincial Department of Education announced the list of provincial teaching teams and excellent grassroots teaching organizations in Hubei colleges and universities in 2020. The animation major Two-dimensional animation training teaching team of our college was awarded the provincial teaching team and was approved for construction.

After nearly ten years of construction, the two-dimensional animation training teaching team has developed into a team of high-level teachers who are pioneering, dedicated to their jobs, and have a solid professional foundation. In the teaching team, 2 have the title of professor, 6 have the title of associate professor; 2 are Taiwanese industry mentors; 12 have a master's degree, and 1 have a doctoral degree.

The construction of the undergraduate teaching team and grassroots teaching organization is of great significance. Our university strongly supports it and our college attaches great importance to it. With the goal of a high-level undergraduate teaching team, our college will further strengthen the construction of the two-dimensional animation training teaching team, and help the construction and development of the provincial-level first-class undergraduate major in animation.
