Experiential clay sculpture exhibition held in the library

Correspondent : Yifang WangOn April 14, the college’s aesthetic education department held an exhibition of student clay sculptures in the library.

There are more than 60 clay sculpture works on display in this exhibition, all from the works of students in the 2018 animation class under the guidance of Jing Sun, a teacher of the College of Art and Design. Most of these works are created based on the anime characters that young students like. The mud modeling is vivid and lifelike, the decoration is exquisite, the lines are smooth, and the overall beauty is generous. From the character's expression to the exquisite pleated clothes, it integrates artistry and appreciation.

There is a clay sculpture experience area in the exhibition hall. The visiting students can experience the process of making clay sculptures by themselves, learn about art in practice, and further improve their artistic literacy.

The exhibition will be open until May 20.
