News from this website (Correspondent: Cao Yuyang) In the recent news update by correspondent Cao Yuyang, it was reported that the Hubei Province selection of the 13th National College Students' E-commerce Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Challenge (referred to as the Three Creativities Competition) took place at the end of May to early June 2023 at Hubei Engineering University. The team Sighing for HarmonyOS from our college (team members: Lv Ming, Yang Xiaodie, Tan Yiran, Hu Jinsheng, Meng Jialu; mentors: Tan Tianyuan, Ma Lan) achieved the second prize in the regular competition of the provincial tournament.

The Three Creativities Competition is dedicated to cultivating college students' innovative consciousness, creative thinking, and entrepreneurial abilities, providing a platform for integrating professional knowledge with social practice for university faculty and students. The provincial selection of the Hubei competition is hosted by the National E-commerce Industry-Education Integration Innovation Alliance and the Hubei E-commerce Society. Since the official start of registration in October 2022, the Hubei region of the 13th Three Creativities Competition has had a total of 6,632 teams, with 700 teams advancing to the provincial selection.

Our college has consistently attached great importance to the guidance and cultivation of high-level subject competitions. It uses these competitions as an important means to implement the goals of talent development, promoting teaching, learning, and training through participation. This recent award is another breakthrough for our college in A+ level subject competitions in recent years.
